radish’s New York City kitchen is operating in a state-of-the-art USDA certified commissary, and is inspected by the New York State Department of Agriculture, FDA and USDA.
radish is operating according to all GMP, SSOP and FSMA rules and regulations. Our production is fully in compliance and is HACCP certified.
At all hours of operation, radish is supervised by a quality control team and a Mashgiach Temidi (kosher supervisor) to ensure that all the rules and regulations are being strictly followed.

24 – 48hours notice is required for local deliveries, (not including Shabbos or Jewish holidays). But can often be shipped same day in an emergency.
Fresh is not always an option. Therefor at radish our R&D team put together a great menu that holds well in the freezer, most frozen items have a shelf-life of 6 months.
